   Renters insurance can cover two people.  

   Renters insurance will cover the personal property of the named individual, at the described premise up to the covered amount.  

   You can cover more than one person by naming them on the policy and increasing the limits of coverage up to the required amount.  

   The liability section and medical payments only deal with the described premise.
