DME is usually 5 yrs, but I’ve been told for this specific item, it’s probably that they will pay for a new one every 1 or 2 years. Medicare can’t find the answer and suggested I have the pharmacy ask they provider. The glucose meter companies (like Accu-Chek) say it should be replaced every 1 or 2 years.

My 40’+ oak fell in Irma ruining my fence, shed, driveway and neighbor’s roof. Who does what?
This giant oak tree did damage well-exceeding my deductible, but also landed on my neighbor’s roof, doing quite a bit of damage there, too. I was told by several tree companies it will take a crane to move it before it could be safely cut up, which all needs to be done at once because there is no where to lay it without blocking the road. I’m not sure who claims what in this situation.

Does Medicaid Pay For Hypnotherapy To Help With Emotional And Mental Health Issues?
I am currently working with a counselor who will be leaving Billings, MT and she agrees that Hypnotherapy might be a good choice for me. I struggle with many levels of emotional and mental feelings. I am trying to learn why I have blocked a lot of my memories growing up because they have caused me to have a lot of coping problems in relationships and with myself. This is the reason why I am trying to figure out if Medicaid will pay or not.

How To Best Maintain Coverage When With An Extended Stay In Another State?
We just sold our house in Arizona and are staying with family in Utah (and likely studying as a full time university student) until our house in Michigan is ready for us to move in (about a year from now). Our vehicles are titled, registered, and insured in Arizona. We consider ourselves to still be Arizona residents (not working in Utah, keeping voter registration in AZ) until we actually move to Michigan. Do we need to make any changes to our insurance for this situation?
