    Since renter’s insurance is not required in any state, your question should be restated, “Can I be evicted for not meeting the contractual obligations found in my lease agreement?” This slightly reworded question is obviously answered, “Yes.” If you agree to something and then don’t perform the contract is invalid and can be terminated.
