   Everyone who qualifies for Part A and B Medicare also qualifies for Part D Medicare. Part D prescription drug coverage is provided through medicare approved and private insurance companies. Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (PDP’s) add drug coverage to traditional Medicare. Medicare Advantage Plans combine Part A, B and D into one policy (MA-PD’s).
