   Homeowner’s insurance policies typically cover additional living expenses (Loss Of Use) from a covered claim. These expenses must be reasonable and may include expenses you incur while having to live or stay away from your primary residence while it is being repaired or rebuilt.

   Sometimes a hotel is economical and/or needed so the expenses would be covered. The expensive little bottles of alcohol in the mini-refrigerator? Sorry…those you have to pay yourself!
