Filing an auto claim is extremely important. Take as many pictures as you can of the incident. Pictures are almost as important as witness statements. Let your agent or your company know as soon as possible. There is a temptation to try and deal with the other driver’s insurance company and that rarely yields satisfactory results.

Your Insurance Professional will be able to explain your coverage and options and be in the best position to advise you about your claim.
