   Renters insurance can be very beneficial. As far as “Does it work” the answer is yes. to give  you an example
   we had an insured with 5 small children and they lived in an home they were renting they lost everything clothes toys and everything they owned.
   Not only did they get 40 thousand dollars to replace the belonging but they also had  3,000 to cover the expense to stay in a motel given back to them all for $100 a year for the insurance.

   Yes renters Insurance works
