I never received a bill for insurance premium last month – so I didn’t think anything was due. Now I am being told my policy is being cancelled because payment is overdue. Can they do that?
Can An Insurance Company Cancel My Policy If They Never Sent A Bill?

They can do that if they have proof that the bill was sent out. However, you can try to resolve this with them over the phone. Also, your policy has a month grace period where it will stay in effect even if the payment is up to a month late. It sounds like the payment was over a month late. Perhaps you can reinstate your policy and switch to automatic withdrawal as a safeguard from this happening again.
