WE have seen in the data that Medicap is affected in a positive manor. Based on data when people have health insurance they get better care. The bill added many non cost preventative screenings. These screenings can only improve the patient. Small a person contacts shingles and gets very ill has to seek medical help. Under obama care the preventative shot is free cutting down the people who get shingles. This helps Medigap cost, since many insurers of Medigap are also Medical health insurers
