   You can sign up for Medicare Part A and Part B online at https://www.socialsecurity.gov/medicareonly/.

   Or you can visit your local Social Security office to sign up. A website where you can input your zip code to find the address of your local Social Security Office is at this link: https://secure.ssa.gov/ICON/main.jsp

   Or you can call Social Security Medicare at 1-800-772-1213. If you worked for the Railroad, call the Railroad Retirement Board at 1-877-772-5772.
