    You can do it yourself online at Medicare.gov or contact a local independent agent who specializes in the needs of seniors.  The advantage of a local agent is that he is familiar with the plans in your area and can help you navigate the Medicare website.  Every plan is different and will have a different list of covered drugs (formulary).  Make sure the plan you choose covers your drugs and pharmacy.
