   Original Medicare does not include the silver sneakers program. Most Medicare Advantage plans will include silver sneakers and some medicare supplements will also include silver sneakers.    Silver Sneakers is usually connected to a Medicare Advantage Plan. The cost of Silver Sneakers is built into the cost of the plan. So, in that case, the cost is paid for by the Insurance Carrier.
