   No. Medigap is health insurance which works as a supplement to original Medicare (Parts A and B). Medicare Advantage is a private health insurance plan offered by an insurance company that provides health insurance to Medicare beneficiaries that is at least as good as original Medicare (Parts A and B). You may not have both Medigap insurance and a Medicare Advantage Plan at the same time.
