   If you have worked the required amount of time then you will automatically be enrolled in Medicare when you reach 65 or qualify due to disability.  You cannot enroll unless you meet the age or disability requirement.  If you do not meet the work requirement you may be able to buy in, contact 1-800-Medicare.  Unless you have group coverage make sure you also have Part B and select a Part D plan.  Otherwise you may have penalties.
