The key to answering this question is whether Medicare will cover your chiropractic visit. If Medicare covers the visit then your Supplement will pay their part, the 20% Medicare leaves off. Medicare has limited benefits concerning getting care from a chiropractor and your Supplement no matter what plan you have, like Plan F, will only pay what Medicare approves. I would definitely talk with your chiropractor to find out what Medicare will cover and not cover on your visit.

It depends. Medicare part B may cover some chiropractic services if they are deemed medically necessary to correct a subluxation in the spine. If it’s not deemed medically necessary, then it wouldn’t be covered.
With any Medigap plan, including Medigap plan F, it will only cover a service charge if Medicare covers it. If Medicare doesn’t approve it, then the Medigap plan won’t be able to approve the charge.
I hope the information is helpful – please feel free to contact me for help with your coverage and if you have any other questions. Thanks very much.
