   Medicare will, in some cases, cover Botox treatment for migraines and other severe headaches. If all other treatment protocol’s have been attempted and proven unsuccessful, Medicare may pay for your treatment.

   The claim will need to be carefully documented by your doctor, including a history of past treatment regimen.
