   A standard homeowners policy should include the following coverages:

   A. Dwelling
   B. Other Structures
   C. Personal Property
   D. Loss of Use
   E. Personal Liability
   F. Medical Payments

   Some carriers and states use different wording for these coverages from time to time and virtually every insurance carrier adds their own bells and whistles (some of which are very valuable and must have coverages) to make up their specific policies.
