   All ACA/Obamacare compliant plans are required to cover Maternity and preexisting conditions. New plans are also cover 100% of preventive care at no cost. Therefore, I would recommend a plan with a $500-$1,000 deductible and the lowest out-of-maximum.

   You should also verify that the Doctor(s) and Hospital you plan to use accept the HMO or PPO Network.
