   Each health plan spells out what they cover and what they exclude. Even if your health plan does not explicitly cover a gym or health club membership, they may provide “wellness benefits” which could pay a portion of the cost.

   You could also check with some of the facilities in your area and ask them if they are part of a network that might provide a discount.
