   All listed divers on your policy can operate your vehicles (assuming they are on your policy). Also, if you give permission to another person to drive your vehicle, and they are licensed and in good standing, they should be covered (assuming at-fault state).

   If another person steals your vehicle, you are covered for the damages they cause, although the insurer will certainly attempt to recover funds from them.
