Can Illegal Aliens Get Car Insurance?

I can’t speak for all states but in California the state I operate in yes, illegal aliens are able to obtain auto insurance. The state believes they would rather have people driving on the roads insured. As an agent this is not a required question to offer a policy. All anyone has to do is have a foreign licensee and they are good to go.
