If I buy a car in Florida and leave it in Florida will my personal insurance cover it?

Most states, and I believe Florida is included in this, require that you show proof of auto insurance issued in that state in order to register your car. So if you live elsewhere and are in Florida only part of the year, ask your Insurance Professional for a referral to a Florida agent if yours is not already licensed there.
