I recently accepted a job that requires me to drive company vehicles. I have a suspended license on my record due to a speeding ticket that wasn’t paid by the deadline in 2010. However, I didn’t know this and didn’t go about getting it reinstated for 3 years (I moved into a city and had no use for a car, so I didn’t drive during this time.) Once I found out, I set about rectifying this, but my license was only restored about 6 months ago. How will this affect me being added to the company’s insurance? I have no other violations and am currently insured for my personal vehicle.

Would My Insurance Company Work With Another Party In An Accident Without Even Contacting Me?
I was in an accident yesterday we both decided that the damage was minor exchanged info took pics left now I’m getting calls that they want money for their damage in the amount of $400. I have a strong feeling they don’t have insurance i told them to contact my insurance if they want anything because i don’t believe i was at fault the woman calls me back up that she called my insurance company and they without even contacting me immediately told her to take her car to get a quote which sounds like a lie there is no police report and no ones contacted me from my insurance should i worry? Are they even allowed to do that without the insurance contacting me?

Which Auto Insurance Company Pays For Injuries If you Are Injured In An Accident As A Passenger?
My son was the passenger in an accident Was taken to trauma unit, no broken bones or internal injuries, just stiches & staples. He has been told he has to turn it in to his auto insurance, not the drivers because NJ is a no fault state. Then my son’s insurance company is talking about him having to pay deductibles & co-pays, shouldn’t the drivers insurance cover this?
