Medicare does not rebate, so I am unclear on the purpose of your question.
Some Medicare Advantage carriers say they will “rebate” your Medicare Part B premium ($147 in 2013) but that is not the same as a Medicare rebate. The carrier is simply enticing you to buy their coverage in exchange for paying some or all of your Medicare Part B premium.
