   Auto insurance pays to repair your car if you wreck it. It can also pay to repair other people’s cars if you hit them.

   To cover funeral expenses you need life insurance of some sort. There are funeral preneed insurance policies for this specific purpose or you can use any death benefit from any life insurance that is in force at the time of your death.

   Also your funeral planning insurance won’t pay for your car to be repaired if you wreck it.
