   Yes, Medicare will pay for one pair of depth-inlay diabetic shoes and three pairs of inserts per year for those who need them to prevent foot sores, or prevent exacerbation of foot sores, due to diabetic complications. The therapeutic shoes must be shown to be medically necessary by a qualified doctor.
