My friend wrecked my truck, my insurance sent out a check for it to be fixed. I traded in my truck before it was fixed. Do I send back the insurance check? Or is it still mine to use?

Has Prolia Coverage Changed Under Medicare Part D?
In 2014 Prolia was covered under Medicare part D. It looks like that coverage has changed and is now only covered through part B and if infused in a physicians office. Is that correct? We only do infusions as outpatient in hospital here. We are a Rural Health Care Clinic.

What kind of medical information is looked at when underwriting life insurance?
What does a life insurance company look at when fully underwriting a policy? For example in addition to the blood and physical testing and questionaairre do they have access to medical informaction, medical databases or doctor/paitent information?
I will be having elective wls in the near future. and would like to secure a policy prior to the surgery. The policy is for 900k so I am assuming it is an extensive process. . . None of the questions on my application ask anything that would make me disclose this information.

For The Sake Of Privacy, Can A Dependent Apply For A 2nd Health Insurance?
If a dependent has insurance under their parents but do not feel they can tell their parents that they went to the doctor for the sake of privacy, would it be ok if they applied for their own insurance? Can they be under two insurance plans legally? Would this influence the parent’s taxes?
