What Did CMFG Stand for In The Beginning? It Must Stand For Something!
It is absurd that I am being pitched by NFCU to accept complimentary life insurance coverage from CMFG, and yet nowhere online can I find out exactly what CMFG stands for! That is not good enough! If those letters do not represent a particular name, then why keep them and continue using them? I would like to accept and even pay to enhance the coverage but will not do business with any company that cannot account for something as simple as an initialism, nor would I even work for such a company. CUNA may well be a very reputable company, but where is the sense in this? It is insulting and looks as if they are trying to lose a bad name or reputation. I want to know!

Does comprehensive auto insurance cause damage caused by a garage door part falling on the vehicle?
A bolt from my garage door opener became lodged in between my trunk and roof of my car. When I opened my trunk, the lid became bent and is damaged. I’m upset because this is a new car (2 months). Would this be covered under comprehensive insurance? I have USAA.

I have elderly parents – one is 90, the other 88. I reside in Georgia. My parents reside in South Carolina. To ensure there is adequate resources to bury them should they pre-decease me I’m considering purchasing burial insurance. Is that possible?

My Partner Had A Wreck In My Car & the officer was inappropriate on top of things.
My partner was turning left, as she has the right away. However, another car turned left and hit her on the rear driver’s side damaging both the rear door and tire. Yet, she received the ticket because the cop said the other driver had a witness saying that she had a green light. Despite there being no one besides the other driver and my partner along with the four teenager passengers she was transporting to school, the cop is indicating that the other driver said she had an independent witness. Also, he misquoted my partner’s statement. Given that we know the town is well-known for backwoods antics, what is the worst case scenario given that my partner and I do not reside under the same address and she is not listed on my insurance? She is devastated asking how can such an injustice occur and wondering what can happen to me? Thanks in advance!
